Frank and Rosa have been spreading the Gospel in the Philippines since 1984, originally living in Mindanao where they helped plant urban churches, mentored rural and tribal Church plan /en.js" type="text/javascript"> ting efforts, and trained pastors. For almo st 10 years now, they have been working on theological training in Manila, teaching, and mobilizing Asian leaders to reach places that Western missionaries can never reach themselves. Frank currently is helping students as they reach their country, city, or people group through the planting of multiplying churches. The Pardues grew up at St. Andrew's and were married here.
